All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance. EsteLoco reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Payments are processed securely at checkout. If we are unable to process your payment or verify billing information, we may cancel your order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and shipping information for all purchases made on our Site.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by our third-party roasting and shipping partner located in Galveston, Texas. Estimated shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and complete. EsteLoco is not liable for delivery delays, errors, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you must contact us at hello@esteloco.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue. Any determination made by EsteLoco regarding returns or refunds shall be final.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, product names, text, graphics, photos, and design elements, is the property of EsteLoco LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Site content without our prior written permission.
